In preparation for our own battle rap competition on SwaysUniverse.com (details coming soon), Sway invited the legendary Craig G and Serius Jones to #SwayInTheMorning to talk all things battle-rapping.

Craig G speaks on the iconic Juice Crew and elaborates on writing raps for 8 Mile’s battle rap scenes. Serius explains that nervous twitch he does during his battles. You know, when he grabs his nose?
