Dawn Richard, previously of Diddy’s Danity Kane, stopped by Sway in the Morning and discussed the challenges of being an independent artist and breaking the “Bad Boy Curse.”
“If you come from Bad Boy, you’ll never be successful. That’s what they say.” Said the determined singer. “You’re story isn’t everyone else’s story so I never felt like it applied to me. Puff is still my homie, I just talked to him yesterday.”
